Cancellation Policy

 
 

Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, we require all customers to provide MORE than 24 hour notice. Otherwise, we will charge your card on file 50% of the service price. If the customer doesn’t show, we will charge 100% of the service price.

To book an appointment, we will ask for a credit card to place on file. This is put in a secure location, and will not be charged unless we need to implement the cancellation policy.
